Our church is dedicated to supporting immigrants and asylum seekers by offering a variety of services tailored to their needs. We provide food assistance, daily accommodation, and clothing for those in need. Additionally, we offer language classes and professional training workshops to facilitate their integration.

Our Ajax Hub Coordinators are also available to provide administrative support to assist newcomers in their regularization and asylum process. Asylum seekers will find a warm and supportive environment, our team is ready to listen and offer moral support. We firmly believe that together, we can overcome challenges and build a better future, always striving toward the vision of Transforming Lives & Impacting Communities.

Ajax HUB

Assist the unsheltered community of Durham West (Ajax and Pickering) to receive daily support, i.e. showers, clothing, food etc.

If you need financial assistance for food and housing, and are in financial need, you can apply for financial and employment assistance through Ontario Works.

ODSP

Find information about income support, benefits for health costs and other disability supports from the Ontario Disability Support Program.

Computer Training Program

Basic Computer Training Course, Microsoft Office Training Course, Cyber Security Course, Virtual Training & Social Media Course.

Language Assessment

ACHEV Language Assessment Service offer free English/French assessments and referrals to classes for eligible immigrants interested in learning or improving their language skills.

Accelerating Career

ACHEV Accelerating Career Advancement program offers financial loans and free one-on-one career counselling to help you relaunch your career.
